How do they clean nuclear/biological/chemical filtration systems?

For things like the military or biohazard labs, how do they clean out their equipment/lab site when they’re done? I imagine there’s gonna be little radioactive particles/deadly spores/etc. still clinging to the ductwork by static electricity, on the surface of the filter elements when you take them out to replace them, etc.

If you clean those things out in a larger cleanroom, then how do you clean the larger cleanroom without needing a bigger one yet? In other words: During the cleaning process, how do you make sure deadly things don’t escape quarantine into the outside environment?

Biohazardous materials (including dirty filters) can be rendered safe by heat treatment (e.g. autoclaving).
