How do world leaders and diplomats deal with jet-lag?

It hit me the other day that Condi Rice doesn’t ever seem to stay very long in the US, she’s always hopping across the planet. It seems that a lot of important politcal figures do their fair share of time-zone scootin’.

How do they deal with the time difference? Do they have personal sleep therapists? I know they have great facilities in their planes (perhaps slightly better than an economy class red-eye flight), but does it ever cause problems changing time-zones all the time?
