How do you add ketchup to your fries?

I pour out the ketchup into a container and place it at the far end of a table some appreciable distance away (beyond sight and smell range of where I’m eating) and then return to my seat. Then as I’m eating, every time hell freezes over and I wish for the taste of ketchup, I make the journey on my rocket-powered roller skates.

Can we please start including options for “no, we don’t want ketchup near our food.”

^^^^ this

I wouldn’t go that far, ketchup is fine on a burger, but no where near my fries.

I confess to overeating, but I’m not that much of a glutton. Besides, it’s not my money.

I like to dip my fries in a Wendy’s Frosty, too.

If at Braum’s, my shake of any flavor but pistachio or peppermint will do. I get my shakes done extra thick (they use real ice cream, whatever flavors are on hand)

If at McD’s, catsup.

At Arby’s, Horsey Sauce.

At BK, ketchup

At Red Robin, any number of sauces or just plain old salt and pepper.

At home, the drippings from my med rare steak and Tabasco

ETA: at home, I cut and fry my own potatoes. I like them thick, crisp on the outside, and with skin on.

Only a dingbat would drench their fries and then be forced to deal with licking their fingers. Stay classy.

That’s why we have forks!

What he said. Covering fries in ketchup is wrong and bad.

If you do that In America, I suspect you will be disappointed with the results.

the French hate it.

One more reason to slather it on!
