How do you categorize CoolBiz and MS Project and Visio on a resume

On my resume I have a section for Computer Skills, which is subdivided into categories such as Programming Languages, Operating Systems, Applications, etc. One category includes CoolBiz, MS Project and MS Visio, but I’m not sure what I should be calling it. Actaully one of my professors helped me with my resume and told me what to call these things, but I forgot (and since its now summer I won’t be at school for a while to ask her). Right now I have this category called “Development Tools”, but I don’t think that is what she told me to call it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this is really supposed to be called? “Development Tools” just doesn’t sound right to me, I think it may be close but not exactly what she said.

Of the choices you’ve listed, I’d go with Applications.

If the category “Things to impress the Pointy-haired Boss” isn’t available, I’d go with applications.

Well, I haven’t gotten a job yet (although I haven’t put enough effort into it either). I decided to go over my resume again, and see if there is anything I can fix up. Here is the whole “computer skills” section copied from the resume:

Should I change the names of some of the headings? Like I said in the OP, I can’t really remember what to call the section with CoolBiz and Visio.

Also, if anyone has any input on these skills in general I would appreciate it. Specifically, is there anything missing that really should be there? I have yet to take my database class, and a few others, so that may account for some things that are missing (hopefully I will take care of that this semester). Is there anything listed that really shouldn’t be there or looks dumb or anything?

I am only looking for basically an internship or part-time/entry level position, and I’m still in school and everything too. I’m not trying to get a great job here, just hopefully something to get my feet wet and something to actually start building my resume. Do I have a chance?
