How do you get to sleep?

Ooh, just remembered another “distracting visualisation”. Mad as it sounds, when you are lying down all quiet and ready to try sleeping, visualise hands, stroking you all over your body. Worked really well for me until I realised I hadn’t shaved my legs, and then I got all self conscious :rolleyes:

Somone mentioned counting backwards from 1000 earlier, I would say the opposite, counting backwards gives you a goal to aim for, which is a reason to stay awake. Start at 1 and head upwards, with no upper limit.

Well, the reason I reccommended it above was that it works really well for me, and at last report, I’m fairly female, there, gobear. :wink:
