So my question is this, after you find results then what? I have taken it a few times over the last year and each time I get extremely high openness (99% usually), low neuroticism and either average or slightly above average on the other 3 traits.
What I’m looking for is info on how to interpret the results to make use of your strengths and what weaknesses to look out for.
