Some work friends and I have recently been discussing opening a tea shop (or mall kiosk, or whatever). One friend brought up that he has been unable to even find a good book on blending teas… So, how do you learn to blend teas (ie, make your own)? On a related tangent, have any dopers opened a tea business before, and how did you find your suppliers, etc?
