How do you make ampersands?

Me-Too’ing the backwards 3 with the vertical slash.

I’ve tried the “&” ampersands, but they end up squished and horribly deformed.

Thanks, guys. I wasn’t actually expecting replies! I think lately I’ve been making mine a backward 3/curvy E with an interrupted line.
