How do you make this thing everybody makes: Garlic and Oil Pasta

A lot of garlic. Like, a whole bunch more than I’ve seen other people use. I slice them thin but not paper thin, not thick either. Medium thin.

There’s yer problem right there. You need to carefully slice the garlic a few microns thin using a razor blade
