My fiance and I were looking at his friend’s website with pictures of his newborn son. The baby’s name is “Jamin.” How would you pronounce that? What kind of name is it?
JAY-min.
It’s Hebrew.
But kids are probably gonna call him “We-Be” Jamin 
How about zha-MEEN (French)?
Or the Spanish Ha-meen. I don’t know if that’s a name, though.
That was my first guess also!
My guess would be “JAH-min” as in “Benjamin”
I knew a kid in elementry school with this name, and he was called “JAW-min”.
Used to work with a Jamin - he pronounced it “JAY-min”
