How do you stop a Komodo Dragon Attack?

Please elaborate? I’m trying to picture any way to make a bite creative, but am coming up blank.

Interesting. The first I’ve heard of this – everything else I’ve read claimed that Komodo monitors were not venomous in the traditional sense.

meh. A recent study concluded that all snakes and most monitors are “venomous”. The problem is that the toxicity of the venom is either minute or incidental as they have developed other hunting techniques. In the case of the Komodo, it may be more pivotal, but the massive blood poisoning and festering of the would seems to be the method of death. One that takes several days at that. I suppose that it’s fair to call that “venomous”, but in relation to other venomous animals, even the mild ones, this effect should really be categorized as something else.

Maybe, maybe not..
