I would like to carry a picket sign in front of a place of business in NYC. It would not be a “demonstration” of many people; it would be just me. Any quick answers as to how far I need stand, if there is a distance requirement at all, or places where I could find out in the bowels of bureaucracy?
I need answer fast-ish.
