On the other hand, in Old Man Logan, Hulk and She-Hulk did…uh…yeah. They had a bunch of inbred Kid-Hulks. I don’t think Shulky was a willing participant, however.

Yes, but seeing as his usual method of travel is by jumping, this is likely how he is traveling. Why else mention “ground speed,” as that’s all you have when running?
He’s more likely to leap to run. When he was the Grey Hulk, he beat a stronger Thing (when he looked a pineapple) by leaping around Central Park and running him ragged, using Thing’s greater weight against him.
