I can’t judge per se but both Ms Foster & Ms Bullock seemed very comfortable and were able to express themselves with confidence, which sometimes is the point.
Next year, perhaps some HS language teacher will play these clips to the class on the first week of school while telling the class, “THIS is why you should study and practice.”
