How hard is it to stuff jalapenos?

I’ve made them before with a mixture of cream cheese and smoked gouda, then rolled in bread crumbs. Wrapping them in bacon is fantastic.

I love this tool, we stuff with a small piece of bacon, cheddar cheese and put a smoked almond in the bottom.

Around here we mostly get little jalapenos - 2 to 3 inches. Seeding them is pretty easy.

I must stay with cream cheese, cheddar is too oily and not as malleable.
