Awww man I came in here looking for tips. My camera plays a little tune when you turn it on which of course distracts the cats from what they were doing in the first place.
I was hoping for some super duper picture taking secrets.
The only good pics I can get are of Beastie and he looks a lot like your kitty. He is ham for the camera though. Nothing distracts him from getting into mischief. He does not care he is getting into trouble, hell that is half the fun for him.
Why not just turn the sound off then?

Aww bummer. You’ll just have to leave it constantly on in case the cat does something funny! Sure, you’ll wear the batteries down, but upside = cute cat photos!
Olive looks a lot like the Late Great Nyssa , my mini Maine Coon. Except Nyssa would never have looked so undignified on film!

SomeUserName, there usually is an option to turn off the sound, but it’s a bitch to find. I didn’t find it until months after I first bought the stupid thing.
