Apparently Elon Musk has created a false voter registration “help” site that doesn’t register voters, but collects their information.

How in the world is this not considered election interference or at the very least, fraud? I mean, I can see the current Federal government not choosing to do anything, but why aren’t states like California and Massachusetts suing the pants off of that PAC for this sort of thing? This would seem to be beyond 1st Amendment protected speech.
