With my feet together I can put my palms on the floor but my arms are straight. I still think this is pretty good for a 30 y/o dude.
When I took gymnastics as a kid (until about 16) I could do a whole whack of crazy shit; not so much any more.

I can put my elbows on the floor.
I can get the tips of my fingers under the tips of my toes - at the end of the day on a day when I’ve been pretty active. First thing in the morning - I can barely touch the floor.
Those of you who can put your elbows on the floor - how? I just measured (roughly). The length from my hip to my elbow is 9 inches less than the length from my hip to the ground - even if I were to bend completely in half, my elbows aren’t going to come close.
Butterfly - knees on the ground, feet together, when I was little, I’d rest my head on my feet. Now, that’s kind of gross.
I can touch the base of my fingers to the floor. With a little more stretching and practice, I could probably put my palms down without too much problem.
I didn’t realize until recently that I was more flexible than average. One of my co-workers found a list of stretching ‘challenges’ and got a bunch of people in the office trying them. They didn’t seem all that hard to me (put one hand behind your back from above (so that your hand hangs down around your shoulder blades) and the other hand behind your back from below, and try to touch your fingers together), but a lot of people couldn’t do them.
Palms on the floor with straight legs. And I’m 51.
