I had a bag of frozen broccoli I took out of the freezer and put in the fridge to thaw about a week ago. I forgot about it until yesterday. The bag is unopened. Is the broccoli OK to heat and eat or should I toss it?
It should be fine. How does it look/smell?

Uh, ok. Open it I guess? If it looks unappetizing or smells off toss it. No one can tell you more than I have until you open it.
Might be a little mushy, but if it hasn’t been in conditions that would allow milk to go sour in a week*, it should be safe.
