There’s a fierce, name-calling thread going on in Great Debates right now, but I don’t want this to go into that territory.
I have a very simple question. Whether or not Ms. LaFave is convicted of anything, her reputation, teaching career, and most likely her marriage, is probably complete toast.
She’s young, she’s attractive and she will have nothing to lose. Why not cash in on her 15 minutes of infamy?
So, will she sell out to Playboy, Hustler or one of the other skin mags, and if so, how long before the issue hits the stands?
Will she? If they offer it, of course. She’s a whore.
But Playboy? Nah. She’s too big of a skank. From what I can tell Playboy kinda goes for the girl next door kinda thing. Lafave is an attractive Tonya Harding type.
She’ll go with Hustler.

I saw the pictures people linked to in that thread, and I don’t get it. She’s really ordinary looking to me(but lacking a penis, my perspective is obviously different), and I’ve known far more attractive everyday people than that. If she wasn’t known for sleeping with a kid -fullfilling a common fantasy- would most of the guys here saying she’s “hot” even give her a second look if they saw her in the grocery store or wherever?
Not in years, if you ask me. Playboy seems to court celebrities (especially lesser-known ones) : WWE Divas, B-movie actresses, girls with bad TV shows, and heavily-enhanced models. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but they have abandoned any girls who look like typical “girls next door.”
And on a related topic, Washingtonienne Jessica Cutler is going to appear in the November issue.
I don’t recall seeing where she was taking money from johns in exchange for sex. Did I miss something?
PLAYBOY’s too “classy”- I’m sure HUSTLER would make an offer but it seems more likely she’d take the middle course with PENTHOUSE.
Playboy likes to accompany its celeb pictorials with a little puff piece – you know, how it felt to pose nude for the first time, the next movie she’s working on, a breezy review of whatever made her famous enough to be asked to pose – but for her? “She rocketed to fame when she got it on with a teenager. Her goal is to not go to prison. There aren’t any teenage boys there to fuck.” Doesn’t really fit the magazine’s mood.
Please, please tell me what neighborhood you live in!!!
Hustler & Penthouse may be more likely to offer.
She’s probably more likely to accept Playboy’s offer, however. (And Hustler probably least likely.)
All this is if she accepts any offer, which considering it keeps her in the public eye as a joke, is far from a sure bet.
I’d buy the issue, …off eBay in 3 years.
