I’ve got some beer at my house that’s been sitting there for about 15 months. Folks brought it to a party we had and left it behind. Now, I’m a proud beer snob – life’s too short to drink the crap that so many tasteless beer drinkers go for. That’s why I haven’t touched this stuff, as most of it is really low on the quality scale. But I’d like to keep it for future parties for the folks that prefer swill. (Not being cheap, I buy plenty of the good stuff when I have friends over, but some folks just prefer Budweiser and Coors Light no matter how much you insist it’s filtered horse urine.)
Anyway… do I need to throw the old, unrefrigerated bottles out? Or will they keep indefinitely at room temperature? That is, they ALREADY taste bad, so as long as they won’t hurt anyone, I don’t see any problems with taste degredation. Right?
