I generally tend to chew gum all day long. I too buy the little square blocks of Trident. Yesterday I started my day off with only 2 pieces to get me through the entire day. When I got to work it had to last me until lunch, I drank my coffee with my gum. After lunch I took the second piece and chomped on that until the end of the day.
I’m also convinced that it’s good for you and aids in digestion (as well as burning a few calories). I used to get indigestion and would eat antacids like candy, but that has passed since I became a gum junky.
