How long do you keep leftover food?

On a case by case basis, but often for more than 7 days. I often boil up a big batch of noodles and stick most of it in the fridge. That often lasts more than 7 days, and still seems to be fine. For meat or pizza on the other hand I’d go 2, 3 days at most.

Heh. I just remembered I have leftover soup that is 4 months old. In the freezer.:wink:

I often make a big batch of something stew-like once a week. I stick the whole dutch oven in the fridge and dip out of it over the course of a week. I’m just today finishing what I made last Thursday. Most things I’ll keep for a week. Seafood not so much, so there’s some case-by-case stuff happening, too.
