You threw up and you still want to have sex? I don’t think that Pill will do you any good because it sounds like you are a guy. 
BC pills have to be taken every day (except for one week per month) at the same time per day, or you could get a whoopsie, whether you actually want to have sex that particular day or not.
Actually, different BC pills have different requirements. It’s really best to call your doctor’s office and ask. Or check on the website for the brand of BC pill you take, they’ll probably have an FAQ section or something similar.
