I have half a can (opened) of evaporated milk that’s been sitting in the fridge for a few weeks. I know it’s milk, and milk goes bad even in the fridge after a while, but I’ll probably use it in a fudge recipe, which will require boiling it. Should I throw it away and get a new can or will it still be ok to use?
Toss it. It’s good for maybe ten days, definitely not ‘weeks’.
