Suggested by a comment in another thread.
I went Googling topographic maps of each country, to show I helped a little, but didn’t come up with any good single map for each country with topography, highways, etc., which must be negotiated.
::A scene from Breaking Bad of crawling journeys just occurred to me. And I’d be willing to bet religious pilgrims somewhere have done something similar to OP.::
