In between mall/Walmart type places and ophthalmologists offices, you have optometrist’s offices. I mean, my eye doctor is just an optometrist (not ophthalmologist), but he has his own office and everything. I think a lot of people go to optometrists offices and not the mall/Walmart type places.
Personally, I’d confront them with the evidence and demand to know what they plan to do about it. I’d not settle for less than a refund. I’d not ever return there again, no matter what they do.
