How many carbohydrates are in vanilla extract? I tried several atkin’s sites but I only come up with receipies. Would imitation vanilla be less. I imagine with 35% alchohol it is a lot
Vanilla extract is about 1% vannilin in 35% alcohol, and vanillion is some funky little organic with a molecular weight of less than 300. It’s not a carbohydrate, nor is alcohol, directly at least, so none.
