It looks like any device that can display the time is within your criteria, although I am not counting things that you did like gaming systems that have to be coaxed to show the time.
We have:
10 clocks whose primary function is to be a clock or clock/radio
15 Devices that are not primarily clocks but constantly display time:
4 TV set-stop boxes that display the time
2 ovens that display the time
5 cell phones
3 alarm panels
1 programmable thermostat
14 devices that are are not clocks but display the time if you ask it to:
Oh, I should have read the OP first. :o Counting computers and the timer on the cooker and thermostat (which I do not use), oh, and my wristwatch, that takes me well up into the 5-10 range. I guess I can tell the time from the Freeview TV, too. I also have a kitchen timer, and there is a timer on the microwave, but you can’t tell the time from them. I only have 4 actual clock clocks, though (and, actually, 3 of them are clock-radios really, although I do not use their radio function much, except on one as an alarm).
This really needs to be relativised, though, to the numbers in the household and the size of the dwelling.
Two voluntary digital alarm clocks with red numbers.
My computer clock readout in the task bar.
My cable tv digital box.
No watch, no cell phone, no car. When I wake up in the morning, I guess the time, then look at my alarm clock. At least half the time, I am within ten minutes. I go to bed when sleepy and get up when I feel like it.
