I am trying to write up a study for class.
The study question asks whether there are differences in scores on 3 tests for folks who have matching job aspirations and actual jobs versus those who have conflicting ones, across the adult lifespan.
Participants will be broken into 4 age groups. In each age group, subjects will be divided into those who have matching ideals and jobs, and those who don’t.
Is this one IV with two levels (matching vs. not matching), one IV with 4 levels (4 age groups), one IV with 8 levels (4 age groups, with 2 subgroups in each), or something else?
I am so bad at this! :smack: I am the suckiest research design designer that ever sucked. Please help.
