Will Sasso from MadTV (and family guy) lost a lot of weight a few years back. I have no idea if he kept it off.
On the subject, usually an actor or actress looks better thin than fat. Except Jonah Hill, he looks better fat IMO. He looked 20 years older when he was thinner.
Sometime after Bubba Ho-tep and before starting work on Burn Notice. It looks like he was in a couple of cameos between those two points, so someone might be able to pin it down further.
Not a huge swing but Alec Baldwin has swung (it appears) about 40-60 lbs up and down (possibly more) at various times.
William Conrad of the early 70’s show Cannon was much thinner in his younger days. I’d say he was easily 80-100 lbs heavier when he played Cannon.
Lisa Lampanelli lost a lot of weight in the last couple of years. She actually looked awful for a little while after the weight loss, but she’s looking better now. Maybe some surgery or just her body adjusting.

The comedian Gabriel Iglesias has (so far) lost over 100 pounds and is still losing. Granted, he still is well over 300 pounds but that’s pretty impressive.
I believe Sasso gained at least some of it back.
Kirsten Vangsness (Garcia) from Criminal Minds has lost an incredible amount of weight in the ensuing years of the show. I will be interested to see a flashback episode of the show and how they portray her larger self in the early years of the show.
