I’ve heard somewhere all those drugged out pigs in porn films who have children sell them for this? To child pornographers for $$$ for even more drugs. Do you think this is true? I know most of them are bipolar, have been hammered by their dads, brothers, and uncles from an early age, and are raving druggies manipulated by pimps and men and ‘managers’. Has anyone ever looked into this? home grown human trafficking? I would tend to believe it, but …why not?

So to answer your question, do ALL of them sell their children for drugs, no. I know for a fact not all of them do.
There are prostitutes and drug addicts all over the country, how many times have you heard of anyone selling a child? Why would it only be people involved with porn? It’s either millions of kids being sold all over the country, or what you heard somewhere is incorrect.

Porn stars are not much different from Hollywood actors.
Some use drugs and some don’t. Some have stable marriages and some don’t.

“Porn stars” is kind of an outdated concept now that seemingly everyone and their mother are making it and posting it online. There aren’t very many true porn stars like Ron Jeremy and Nina Hartley these days. Instead, it is mainly college students, maybe your neighbor, celebrities like Kim Kardashian and single mothers trying to make some extra cash plus a whole lot of people that just do a one-off video for kicks.
Some of them have serious issues but a lot of them just like sex, money and the flexible schedule. I am pretty sure that the number of them that sell kids is fairly close to zero. Incidentally, Ron Jeremy was a Special Education teacher and Nina Hartley (who I met once at a small airport) is a feminist that gives lectures at prestigious universities. I am certain that neither one of them was ever involved in child sex trafficking and they were some of the biggest porn stars of all during their time.
Sex trafficking including underage kids is certainly a real problem but that is much more about illegal prostitution than pornography unless you are referring to the really underground stuff. Most people don’t have any interest in it and I have only stumbled across it by accident a couple of times in my almost 25 years on the web and it turned my stomach. You can do some serious time in prison for even having underage sexual images on your computer let alone a live, underage sex slave. I am not saying that it never happens because pedophiles are a real thing but it is fairly rare and not closely linked to adult pornography videos.

Through work I encountered a fellow who sold his young teen daughter to his buddy as a wife. He wasn’t in porn. (Child protection services rescued her, and he wanted to hire me to get her back from them. I declined.)

That wouldn’t be good for me. I’m in my 40’s; I don’t want to be sold into sex slavery, I’m way too old for that kind of lifestyle.
