Not around here. Besides, “and/or” is redundant.
I suspect it will be less than in the general population because even if they remain in denial or in the closet, I think the situation you describe can also express itself as a desire to escape from the fundamentalist culture.
I personally have no problem with that.
How do you figure? Is “xor” used regularly in conversation or something, supplanting the common interpretation of “or” as the exclusive or?
