What I find incredibly interesting is the number of parks, displays, and memorials around the area dedicated to the Battle of Beersheva during WW I. The Beersheva War Cemetery is immediately below one of our bedroom windows. This being the centennial anniversary of the battle, the city has several events planned that I’m hoping to attend.
