How Many Special Teams Touchdowns, on Average, in a Season?

My google-fu is failing me.

How many times, on average in an NFL regular season, will a kickoff or punt be returned for a touchdown? I’m guessing 25-30, but that’s just a somewhat-educated guess, based on multiplying the number of times I think I see such a thing on SportsCenter, times 17 games in the season.

There were 18 punts and 13 kickoffs returned for touchdowns in 2012.

13 punts and 7 kickoffs were returned for touchdowns in 2013.
