How much affinity do you feel towards your town/city of birth?

IIRC, you were having a problem with potential homelessness. Care to give an update? Or am I thinking of someone else?

I have now lived on the island of Montreal for 54 years, nearly 2/3 of my life and feel a lot of affinity for it.

Thanks. I’m all right. Moved back in with family, in the suburbs.

I moved out of my hometown as soon as I was old enough.

I went back to look around 40 years later and couldn’t see that it had improved and doubt I will ever be back.

@EmilyG I am also happy that things sound like they have improved.
