I have a recipe which calls for “one package of baking powder”. I’ve only seen baking powder sold in larger containers in the US, and can’t find any web sites that spell out how much baking powder is in a “package”. Can anyone help?
What is the recipe for? Perhaps you can find another one that spells out the required measure online someplace.
