750 square foot, 1 bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a not so nice part of town, 545 a month.
I am hoping that when my lease is up, I’ll have my friend james move in with me, to a beautiful 3 bedroom place we saw a few months ago in a better part of town. Rent will be 1100, but split down the middle not much different from what I am paying now.
