This is a hard question to answer. I hope my answer will be uplifting. Although this is a gripping discussion, with some master baiting by those who wish to brawl, I think it will all come out to everyone’s satisfaction.

I like audio/written. Having something to watch makes it better, although I prefer it to be my BF’s noogies. SIght with no sound varies from gross through amusing to aesthetically pleasing, but I prefer to hear, and seeing enhances the hearing.
I would like to point out, in my own defense, that I contributed actual information about actual scientific studies to this discussion.

I, uh, have some other research that I rather hope to do, with live subjects rather than videos.
Personally I enjoy an erotic movie better than your average porno movie. It’s hard to get over the “ick” factor of porn. You just know that these actors don’t know each other, that they are moaning and sighing at the prompting of a director, and that they are undoubtedly eaten alive with diseases.
Blech. Give me a nice erotic movie anyday. Nudity is not necessary, but CHEMISTRY between the actors is essential.
