How tall are you?

I come right up to the bottom of my hat. Which is curious, because I have a couple of differerent hats…

Honestly, it may have had more to do with posture than actual growth. You need a relatively straight back so I’m constantly concentrating on not slouching, keeping my shoulders back, and lengthening even when not on the water. But several of my other rowing friends have also noticed late growth.

BTW, if you’re really interested in rowing, Houton has a couple of clubs. The Bay Area Rowing Club is down by NASA on Mud Lake and The Rowing Club of the Woodlands is in The Woodlands (obviously).

Male, 6’1", 175 pounds. I think I’ve been that height since around age 16. (Or in other words, about six years ago.)

I mentioned this in another thread on here a while ago, but I’m a member of the 501st Legion (Star Wars costuming organization), and even despite being considerably taller than Mark Hamill, I still get the “Aren’t you a bit short for a stormtrooper?” line all the time when I’m in armor. :smack:

5’8", male. Been that height since high school, at least.

Female, 5’2" but the State of Wisconsin believes me to be 5’3". I was 5’ exactly in sixth grade, but by eighth I was the height I am now. I’m still waiting patiently for my growth spurt.

186cm, so about 6’1".

I stopped growing when I was about 12 or 13, at which point I weighed about 110 pounds. I could play hide-and seek in a bamboo grove.

6’6", 22, male, possibly still growing - if not, stopped quite recently. Certain members of my family tend to have a second growth spurt in their early twenties. I was one of the shorter kids in class up until about year eleven (age 15).

5’7", female. I stopped growing when I was 12. My doctor told me at the rate I was growing, I could easily peak at 5’10". So much for that.

My doctors always told me I’d be tall because I have such big feet (8.5 or 9) but it never happened

5’ 11.5" to 6’ depending on what time of day you measure.

I am male and grew tall in my mid-teens.

I’m about 5’1". I used to be an inch taller, but the shrinking process has begun. I was the same size since I was 12 or 13, but oddly enough, I grew about an inch when I was like 22.

Kid Kalhoun was around 5’1" or so when he was 13 or 14. Then he sprouted and now he’s like 5’11"! I think boys grow more in their mid- to late-teens.

6’ exactly. didn’t hit it until I was 20 or 21, though. My big brother is only 5’9", though. Stopped when he was 16.

Hey, I got your…right here…ahhh…I can’t even say it. :frowning: :stuck_out_tongue:

Male, 6 feet 3 inches, or 190.5 centimeters. I stopped growing at 14.

5’.

I’ve always been tiny and stopped growing upwards at about 13.
Mind you, may parents are 5’ and 5’6’’ so I was unlikely to be an amazonian.

Do I really have to say I’m female?

6’1" male. I shot up from 5’4" to 5’11" in 9th-10th grade and I probably achieved full height around age 19 or 20.

I’m 6’ 2" (188 cm) and had definitely reached that height by the age of 17. Maybe even 16, though I think I did grow a final inch or so after turning 16.

Female, 5’7". I’m pretty sure I stopped growing at about 15.

6’ 2 1/2" or so, male, stopped growing about 15.

6’ 1" female - I stopped growing around the age of 12.
