As a previous poster predicted, some folks just can’t stand to have their shoot from the hip opinions proven wrong. I have head shots of Kelly around here somewhere. Maybe when I get a chance, I will post them. Of course, these types will accuse me of picking some random picture an shopping her name at the bottom. So why bother, really.

No, you claimed I didn’t really know her, and I made all this stuff up to make the Burbank PD look bad. So, you’ve busted me. I found an obit on the internet with few details, and concocted a huge elaborate story, and instead of just linking the obit, I knew that some other doper would dig it out independently, thereby verifying my story in a convincing manner. OK, Columbo. Ever hear of Occam’s razor?

As far as my statements being “self serving” whatever that means, (am I going to get money?) I am merely informing you of facts.
Burbank PD couldn’t find their own ass with a flashlight and a mirror. Their hypothesis was ridiculous, contradicted by eyewitness testimony, physical evidence, and simple logic. They still tried to sweat a confession out of Danny using every trick in the book. It was at best, incompetence, and more likely sinister malfeasance. I made them look stupid in front of their faces, and God only knows what would have happened if I HADN’T made a point of walking around Danny’s van as they were “investigating” it. They had access to Kelly’s blood. Brown guy with a shaved head and his incredibly beautiful WHITE (yes, I will now put the race card into play) wife turning up dead. They were trying to railroad him, of this I am certain. I made a big squawk, and put a big old monkey wrench into the wheels of “justice”.
Fact: Detective in charge told me that “it didn’t look like he was guilty”
Fact: At the same exact moment, other detectives in the Burbank PD were using every trick in the book to sweat a confession out of Danny, which protests upthread to the contrary, would have probably resulted in a conviction.
Don’t trust cops. They are not your friend. Don’t speak to them without counsel.
Danny knows this now, and so should all of you.
