Okay, I’m a small Minecraft YouTuber for a few months now, and I do PVP. I’ve lost all inspiration, and I need some video ideas. Any video ideas are okay, just no IRL stuff.

You could download people’s impressive creations and show them off. That’s pretty popular. Kind of scummy though.
Well, what else do you enjoy doing in the game? I mostly watch technical videos (redstone, farms, details on updates…). But i follow a few builders. I think a good building video needs a bit of narrative. Why are you building this, what problems did you encounter, how did you overcome them. (I don’t watch building tutorials, that’s a different genre. It’s more like technical videos.)
I also watch a few “let’s play” videos where the content creator chats with watchers in real time as they do something. Sometimes it’s a weird challenge (can i reach the nether with only this starting point) and sometimes it’s essentially a building video, where the creator is adding xyz to their world.
This is the essential question. Make a video that you, the creator, want to watch.
I do some lets play content, some mod showcases, all that stuff
One thing that’s common is a person makes an obstacle course, or puzzle, or something along those lines, and another person tries to get through it. (Without cheats or anything, of course.)
My youngest daughter loves watching Minecraft videos and that format is one I often see popping up.
Have you considered having a picture-in-picture video of your face while you talk & play?
For me, seeing a person’s facial reactions while they do something amazing (or fail terribly) is much more engaging than just watching cool stuff happen on a video.
I do not plan on doing a face reveal anytime soon

Fwiw, i sometimes find actual human faces take me out of the event. I like audio, but I’m happy to believe that the person talking is the Minecraft avatar.
Also, watching a yellow hand grenade talking might be disturbing to some viewers.
