Now that I see a picture of it, I can confirm that that is what we’d call a trailer. Sometimes to be more precise, and to distinguish it from cargo trailers, we’d say a ‘travel trailer’. Camper trailers are more tent-like, and often have fabric sides that fold upwards or outwards from a compact base.
