How to fix this Word anomaly

I copied something off of the web, and it has/had cells in it.

I did the Select All thing, opened Word and pasted. I then deleted some cells. The remainder of the text/cell/whatever appeared to be subducting into the bottom of the one page, even though there were two pages for the Word document that I had created for this particular one. Next, i tried to expand the page a bit and that didn’t help. I printed and it printed what my screen showed. Now, I want all of my document to print and to be able to view it before I print it. Can anybody help?
thanks,
hh

What I usually do, is first paste a document into Notepad. This eliminates hyperlinks, formatting and other things that send Excel and Word into paroxysms.
Then, copy and paste from Notepad and see if that helps.

Never tried that route, but I assume that would give the same results as Paste Special and then selecting Unformatted in Word - that would avoid a couple of steps.

Interesting. And I never tried that.

Perfect!
Thanks to the two of you!
Merry Christmas!
