How to get rid of EZPHOTO.DOT?

Every time I close Microsoft Word 2000, even if I just open it to a blank document and close it right away, I get the message, “Do you want to save changes you have made to EZPHOTO.DOT?” Also, on my Word toolbar there are about 10 buttons in a row that say “EZP”, which if I hover my mouse over say “Launch Easy Photo.”

Does anyone know how I can exorcise this demon from my computer? I’ve looked in Add/Remove Programs, and can’t find anything called Easy Photo or anything like it.

Thanks. I uninstalled Adobe Photo Deluxe, and that took care of the problem. I think EZ-Photo is part of the Photo Deluxe package.
