OK, in a “funny” western cartoon (still, or animated) there are a few standard ways of indicating a character is crazy—having the eyes rolling in separate directions, tongue lolling out of a crazed grin, drawing a couple of little “orbital” lines above their head, possibly with little birdies or a cuckoo clock, etc.
Now, from watching enough anime over the years, I’m well aware of the different visual cues foreign cartoonists and animators have for indicating character states. But I do NOT know what you’d draw, if anything, to show a “crazy” character in a Chinese cartoon.
(I honestly have a valid reason to ask this, I swear.)
Would anyone here know, and could they fill me in?
