How to legitimately (viz, legally and whilst avoiding scams) buy secondary-market EFL and other European sports tickets

That’s basically it - do the European leagues (in particular I’m asking about EFL in the UK) have a legal and non-scammy secondary market for sporting event tickets, a la Stubhub in the US?

They’ve got stubhub.

Beyond that, I’d be willing to bet that with the number of teams and the number of games, scalping is a lot more similar to say… MLB tickets in the US. Only around important games- FA Cup matches, playoffs, fixtures that affect promotion/relegation, etc…

But for some middle of the season game, there’s probably not too much market for it.

Do you mean EPL?

EFL refers to the 2nd to 4th tier leagues, getting tickets fot them just apply to the club, it is unlikely the ,atch will be a sell out.

For EPL, the premier league, depending on the game you might be able to get tickets from the home club. If not they might be able to point you to a secondary site.

Be aware that it is illegal to sell tickets though unofficial sources (to prevent selling on for profit) I would make checks before buying tickets on stubhub or anywhere like that to avoid finding your ticket is void.

Here is a link for how to get legitimate tickets from each club.
