As the title says, is there a way to disable this feature? My mother is leaving the country later today, and wants to be able to use her email while on holiday.

:confused: Under what circumstances does it do this, because I have never heard of such a thing? It’s webmail. It is designed to be useable from different locations.

  1.   Log in to this [link](https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage).  

  2.   Click Delete on the security information you do not have access to. (Alternate email, Trusted PC, Mobile number)

  3.   Select  "No, I Don't have access" button. (The date on when the security information will be removed will appear )

  4.   Click Delete Security Info.

  5.   Update the account with new Security Info.

  6.   Click Save.

Be sure to provide security questions and answers to the online accounts. (such as hotmail and gmail and facebook, etc.)
