Usually use Firefox. But yes, I exit completely. We’ve had memory added over the years. What we really need to do is just finally get another computer.
Thanks!
AdvertBan has been working fine for a few months, but in the last couple of days YouTube has managed somehow to slip the annoying ads back in. How are they able to bypass AdvertBan? It’s still on.
I uninstalled AdvertBan and then reinstalled it. The YouTube commercials are still coming. Somehow, YouTube is evading this.
I don’t see adverts in the middle of videos. Are you sure you don’t have some malware installed? Could it be your ISP injecting them?
At least with this latest problem, the ads come between the songs, not in the middle of them like before.
IE is the one that doesn’t bug 5 times a day to download and install their latest update and the one that does not display a Mr. Yuckface every third or fourth site you visit (Oopsie!. We’re SO sorry!)
IE is the one that sometimes turns off the back button, so you have to open a context menu just to navigate backwards. It is the one that sometimes tell you that is it no longer responding, but will allow you to “refresh” the site.
Why can’t someone just make an Internet browser that works, all the time, every time, that doesn’t need to be updated everyday?
That’s what happens when you give the damn things away — nobody takes the time to test everything and make it work right or look into WHY the browser stopped responding and fix it so it doesn’t keep happening.
