How will small business owners and the professional class be affected by the tax bill

Professional class = those with high paying graduate degrees. Physicians, dentists, lawyers, MBA types.

For those living in blue states how will someone earning 200k a year be affected? I don’t itemize, so I don’t know how the removal of the SALT deduction or mortgage deduction will hit people in places like NY, NJ, CA, etc. who earn a good income.
